Elemento Fitness is an eCommerce platform based in the UK, offering fitness-related products and services.
We also provide a profile and marketplace feature where individuals, coaches, gyms, and fitness professionals can promote their services, connect with potential clients, and manage their offerings.
2. Who Can Use Elemento
To use our services, users must be:

3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Keeping your account secure

Not misusing the platform or interfering with its functionality
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
4. User-Generated Content
Users (including coaches and gyms) may upload content such as:

Profile photos

Service descriptions

Reviews
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote it on our platform. You retain ownership and may delete your content at any time.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community standards.
5. Payments & VAT

Payments are handled securely via Stripe and WooCommerce.

Prices may include VAT and are clearly shown before any transaction.

You will receive a digital receipt for each purchase.

We do not store payment card details on our servers.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
a) Physical Products (Shop Orders)
Return Window

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by email, with a clear description and photos of the problem.
Item Condition

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags/accessories included.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, and the issue matches what was described in the email, you are entitled to a replacement of the same product or a refund.

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colours, or models once purchased.
How to Start a Return

Email info@test.uchandimal.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number, description of the issue, and photos.

Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Do not send any items back before receiving confirmation.
Return Costs

If the product is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect as reported, Elemento will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid label.

If the returned item does not match the issue reported in your email, the return will not be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

No restocking fees apply.
b) Coaching Sessions:

Refunds are only available if the coach does not attend, or if a platform-related issue prevents the session from happening.

Users must report such issues within 24 hours after the session via email.

No refunds are available for user no-shows, late cancellations, or last-minute changes.
7. Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled through trusted suppliers such as Printful and RDX.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

You will receive tracking information (where available) once your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any external sites. Use of such links is at your own risk.
12. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
If any Elemento membership or premium feature includes automatic renewal, you will be notified in advance.
You may cancel auto-renewals at any time from your account settings before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not issued for unused portions of active billing periods unless otherwise stated.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of Elemento shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.
